Register with the Vendor Accessibility Resource Center (VARC)
Government buyers perform market research, particularly to assess accessibility information about their intended purchase, many will use the VARC--an alphabetic list of companies’ websites with links to their product or service accessibility information.
To ensure your accessibility information is available, you can list your company with VARC
To list your company with VARC:
- EIT product vendors: Send us a URL containing links to all your Voluntary Accessibility Product Templates (VPATs) or at a minimum a URL listing a Point of Contact of someone on your company's accessibility team.
- EIT Service vendors: Send us a URL to an accessibility statement about your company's knowledge and experience with Section 508 compliance and past performance data with the Federal Government or at a minimum a URL listing a Point of Contact of someone on your company's accessibility team.

Quick Links contain a Government Product Accessibility Template (GPAT) which identifies the applicable Section 508 provisions for a number of standard ICT deliverables for federal buyers. You are welcome to use the GPAT to create your own VPAT to let government buyers know how well you think your product or service addresses Section 508 provisions.
